A pen-and-ink copy by the cartographer of his 1805 map of the Niagara Reserve and its divisions for the State of New York ; some lands are labelled with their owners' names. The original map is also reproduced on pp. 59-62, v. 1 of Edward Dean Adams, Niagara power: History of the Niagara Falls Power Company (privately printed, 1927), and includes a numbered list of lots sold at auction on February 26, 1805, with purchasers, acreage, and price paid per acre.
